Prince Rupert City &  Regional Archives Open 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Friday and by appointment from 1:00 to 3:00 pm

The Archives acquires, identifies and preserves records and documents related to the history and culture of Prince Rupert, Port Edward, Port Esssington, Port Simpson, Anyox, the surrounding area and its people. The Archives makes all of these resources available to the public at no charge. The Archives holdings consist of approximately 50 000 photographs and negatives, school registers, yearbooks,

telephone books, directories, maps and charts, newspapers, personal, business, club and church records, fire insurance plans and reference materials.

The Prince Rupert Archives is hosting a presentation on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Prince Rupert Library in the multi-purpose room. It will be presented by UNBC professors, Maureen Atkinson and Ed Harrison on the History of Georgetown Mills.

Everyone is welcome. Archives members are free
