From the first spark of curiosity to mapping out a real career plan, our recent French Skilled Trades Summits at Boreal College in Sudbury helped students see a future for themselves in high-demand trades careers. πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈπŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈ

With over 50 high school students from North Bay in attendance, these students got to step into hands-on learning experiences, experimenting with tools and techniques, and hearing directly from professionals who work in the trades every day. πŸ› οΈ

With every conversation and activity, these students were building technical and transferable skills, learning how training and education pathways work, and using labour market insights to shape their next steps.

RBC , Enterprise Mobility and Imperial Oil – thank you for investing in skilled trades exploration and helping young people discover rewarding, real-world careers that keep our communities running! 🀝

Every career journey starts with a moment of discovery. ✴️

Students from Lively District High School had the opportunity to step beyond the classroom and into the world of manufacturing, logistics, sales, and operations through Canada's Pouring Potential: A JA Job Shadow Experience. 🌟

By connecting with professionals, exploring real workplaces, and seeing firsthand how ideas become products that reach communities across the country, students gained valuable insight into the many paths their futures can take. These experiences do more than introduce careers; they build confidence, spark curiosity, and help young people see what's possible for themselves. 🌱

Thank you to Bottling Limited and every team member who shared their time, knowledge, and passion. Together, we're helping the next generation turn potential into opportunity. πŸš€
