It is with great pride that we as a corps congratulate 3 of our Chiefs on their acceptances into the Royal Military College of Canada!

CPO2 Carter, CPO2 McMurren, and CPO2 Stafford have all received offers to attend RMC in the fall of 2026. RCSCC Falkland is extremely proud of their accomplishments as cadets, and as students, and we can’t wait to watch them grow on their new journeys in the CAF!

Bravo Zulu, Chiefs!

We shoot, and we score!

On Wednesday, November 19th, we had an amazing visit from the Ottawa Police Hoopstars!

We got to learn about what it means to be a police officer, the lifestyle of working and physical fitness, as well as do some relay games against the team!

A big thank you to the OPS and the Hoopstars for coming to see us — It’s always a highlight for the corps!

I don't recall "Let It Snow" being a part of our setlist 🤔❄️

The second holiday parade the band participated in this season was the Rockland Parade of Lights on November 30, 2025, with @137.royal.canadian.dragoons. Thank you to PO1 Truong, PO2 Amuah, PO2 Haba, PO2 Hockey-Arsenault, PO2 Serrano-Romero, PO2 Worth, MC Treberg, and LC Wong for their involvement, positive attitudes, and didn't let the snow stop them from putting on a great performance!

We also want to acknowledge the parents/guardians for their continous support and transportation for this event!

Tomorrow is our Holiday Mess Dinner! 🎄

The photo above shows the dress of the evening, which is C2’s (mess dress). If you do not have C2’s, please wear your highest order of dress.

If you don’t have a uniform, the dress is business casual. Something nice (no sweats, hoodies, etc.) is highly recommended.

We hope to see you there!

Ottawa Help Santa Toy Parade 🎅🎶

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the band participated in the downtown Ottawa holiday parade - their first of 3 parades this season. The band spread holiday cheer throughout the city with their fun decorations, joyful music, and positive energy. Their presence in the community had children and adults smiling throughout the entire parade route. We would like to thank cadets from 2332 RCACC, 3018 RCACC, and 137 RCACC for joining us, as well as 6 additional Falkland cadets who assisted with holding the banner and jingle bells.

Ahoy from RCSCC Falkland and HMCS Ottawa!

Did you know that our nations capital is the proud namesake of a Royal Canadian Navy ship? We had the opportunity to invite crew members of HMCS Ottawa to see what a training night for us looks like!

From knot tying, to heaving lines, to naval terminology, everyone learned something new. Members of HMCS Ottawa such as the Coxswain, the Chief Engineer, and the Commanding Officer answered questions from the seniors, as well!

We are beyond grateful to have such meaningful ties to the Royal Canadian Navy, and we thank the members of HMCS Ottawa for their service to Canada and continued support of the Cadet program.

Desire the Right!
