Mountain View Nordic Ski Club

Mountain View Nordic Ski Club MV Nordic Ski Club is a place for people to recreate in the outdoors in winter. Trails are maintained in Olds and Mountain View County.

Our mission is to provide opportunity for skiers to have groomed and trackset trails as snow conditions allow.

Warm, windy, and wonderful today! The 6 degree temp mid-day made for softened snow on well covered packed/track-set trails, some thin spots are easily avoided, it was a very enjoyable springlike ski experience today at our Trail Creek Ski Site. Our local weather forecast is calling for fresh snow tonight - CHEERS for more great ski days to come!

Time change notice. MVNSC ‘Ski Friends’ host will be on site today at 1pm, anticipating some snow surface softening by then. Conditions are expected to be springlike with variable coverage.

Also, a big ‘shout out’ to everyone who attended our Jan 31 moonlight ski event, nice to see some new faces joining having fun, snow was firm, trails junctions worn. Enjoy our pictures posted below. It was another great turnout for our ski club event, thanks to all for your support!
