‘SKI TRAIL WORK DAY’
Sunday October 18
1 - 4pm
Trail Creek Ski Site at 3042 Township Road 324, signed entrance on North side of the road

This is the Mountain View Nordic Ski Club’s ANNUAL TRAIL MAINTENANCE EVENT. We are calling upon our club members, ski friends and newcomers for their generous donation of time and energy as volunteer labourers to help clear brush and stubborn growth from the designated ski trails. Bring your own work gloves, garden shears/cutters, water bottle and smiles.

Refreshments will be provided by the club!

We thank everyone in advance for your support, time and help. Come for an hour or come for the afternoon! We look forward to it!

Skiers now reporting: Stellar ski conditions. Slight breeze. Brilliant sun. Perfect skiing.

Our club hosted group ski every Thursday is now at 1:00pm and Saturdays remains at 10am.

Warm, windy, and wonderful today! The 6 degree temp mid-day made for softened snow on well covered packed/track-set trails, some thin spots are easily avoided, it was a very enjoyable springlike ski experience today at our Trail Creek Ski Site. Our local weather forecast is calling for fresh snow tonight - CHEERS for more great ski days to come!
