We are thrilled to share that the Junior Optimist Club of Oakville had an incredible time running a food drive at the recent Halloween Spooktacular event!

Thanks to the amazing generosity of our wonderful community, we collected a fantastic haul of non-perishable goods, which we have dropped off at the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre.

The Churchill Neighbourhood Centre, operated by the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre at 125 North Service Rd E, offers a targeted food pantry and local food bank program in partnership with Food for Life.

Every donation helps support local families and keep our community strong.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by with a donation, supported our young leaders, and helped make this spooktacular effort such a sweet success! 🎃🍁❤️

⚾️ Sunny Smiles, Great Food & High Fives! 🌭🎉

What a fantastic day spent supporting our friends at Oakville Little League Challenger Baseball for their annual barbecue event!

Our Junior Optimists were out in full force, setting up and running a variety of fun games that kept the energy high and the smiles even bigger. Meanwhile, our adult Optimist team took over the grill to keep everyone energized—serving up delicious hot dogs, icy cold drinks, refreshing freezies, and classic Bear Paws! 🐻🌭🍧

It was truly a wonderful day from start to finish. Everyone had a blast, and we are so grateful for the warm appreciation and kind words from all the amazing kids and parents.

Thank you, Oakville Little League Challenger Baseball, for having us out again this year. Bringing out the best in youth is what we do, and days like today make it all worthwhile! 💙💛
