Grab your little explorers and join OPCC for a morning of discovering the wonderful world of birds! 🪶

As part of our Family Nature Club, children and their caregivers will learn and explore together, discovering local bird species, observing their behaviours, and learning about the habitats they call home. It's a chance to slow down, look a little closer, and connect with nature as a family. 💚

Looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday morning together? Join OPCC for our upcoming Family Nature Club sessions, where children and their caregivers can explore, discover and get creative in the great outdoors!

🐦 Saturday, November 7 | Family Birding
Discover the wonderful world of birds as a family! Learn about local bird species, explore their habitats, and see what you can spot together in nature.

🎨 Saturday, December 12 | Family Natural Art Explorations
Get creative with nature! Explore natural materials and enjoy making art together while connecting with the world around you.

🕙 Time: 10:00–11:30 a.m.
👧 Ages: 2–6 years
💚 Cost: $15 per child

Sign up and set aside some time for = a little movement, connection and calm in this four-week yoga program designed with the postnatal body in mind.

Each class offers supportive stretches, breathing exercises and opportunities to gradually rebuild strength while bonding with your little one. No previous yoga experience is needed—and feeding, changing or comforting your baby is always welcome!

⏰ Time: 1:30–2:30 p.m.
📍 Location: OYF Joshua Creek, 1911 Ironoak Way, Unit 7, Oakville
👶 Age: Best suited for caregivers with babies from newborn to approximately eight months who are not yet mobile

🍂 Get curious about the natural world with Nature Lab! 🔎🌿

Join OPCC for a hands-on outdoor learning experience where children and their caregivers can wonder, investigate and connect with nature together!

Each month begins with a new question inspired by the natural world. Explore real specimens, pelts, skulls, feathers, field tools, natural materials, art and sensory experiences before taking your discoveries onto the trails. 🌲🍁
