Iris Ministries Canada We exist to come alongside and support the missional work that is advancing in Africa & globally, through the grace and guidance of the Lord.

We facilitate ministry and support through our Canadian missionaries, primarily in Mozambique, Cambodia & Malawi. Iris Ministries Canada is passionate to see more of the Kingdom of God brought to this earth, most especially by caring for the poor, the broken, the lost and the forgotten. We all have been deeply touched and drawn by the love and the ministry that flows out through the greater Iris f

The Milk Program in Pemba, Mozambique is certainly the cutest program around! This essential initiative supports mothers who are unable to breastfeed and babies who have lost their mothers, offering both formula and baby food. The program also teaches mothers how to prepare it safely ensuring their babies growth with love and care.

What a gift it is to have the Word of God! These women in Malawi gather faithfully every Tuesday to pray and read the bible together, provided there is someone able to read. This video shows them saying Zikomo (thank you) as they each receive their own audio bible! Thank you for your support of Iris Malawi, it makes moments like this possible!

This portion of a prayer-poem written by Amy Carmichael is quoted from the book 'A Chance to Die' by Elisabeth Elliot. Amy dedicated her life to missions, serving faithfully for 53 years in India. Known as "Amma" she founded the Dohnavur Fellowship, a refuge for vulnerable children.
