Last week, Maestro Denis Mastromonaco joined Daniel Vnukowski on The New Classical 96.3 FM to preview the Burlington Symphony Orchestra’s 2026/27 season.

Meet Catherine Zhou, the featured soloist for our season opening concert, Beethoven & Brahms. 

A rising Canadian pianist who has performed across Canada, the United States, and Europe, Catherine has appeared at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall and was runner-up in the MTNA Senior Piano Competition in New York.

Hear her perform Beethoven’s commanding Piano Concerto No. 3, alongside the Egmont Overture and Brahms’ magnificent Second Symphony.
