The Support House Community Health Centre Mobile Health Team is on site today, Tuesday October 27th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Salvation Army Khi Community in Milton offering free seasonal flu shots.

Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, especially in families where those conversations may not happen often.

Some young people may want to open up but aren’t sure how to explain what they’re feeling or where to start. Having someone to talk it through with first can help them find the words.
