The Courage Polar Bear Dip is back for it’s 37th year as a virtual event so you can share your personal dip from anywhere in the world! While we had hoped to be back together at the beach this year, with the current guidelines due to COVID health and safety concerns, we felt we would not be able to produce the fun and exciting event that you have come to enjoy. ‌Step 2: RECORD YOURSELF taking part in the Dip and post on your socials anytime from December 21st to January 1st. Here are some ideas on how to take part:
-Take a dip into the biggest snowbank you can find
-Bust out the kiddie pool to create a "lake" in your back yard, and "dip" in
-Dip into an icy bathtub full of water

Step 3: Optional (but encouraged)

-Upload a video doing your Courage Polar Bear Dip for World Vision Canada from anywhere in the world to your social media! Tag us and on:

Courage Polar Bear Dip 2020

The 2020 Courage Polar Bear Dip celebrates its 35th Anniversary and the 25th year of working with World Vision Canada to fund clean water projects around the world. Join us on January 1st at our new location- Bronte Beach Park, 45 West River Street in Oakville and help us reach our goal of raising $120,000 that will improve the health and safety of children and their families by providing clean, healthy water in communities in Rwanda.
