NACHC offers primary health care, counselling, Indigenous health and youth programming, diabetes education, advanced footcare, sexual health clinics, harm reduction supplies and more.

Big emotions can be hard to navigate for children and for parents.

Raising Kids, Regulating Ourselves is a free, eight-week virtual parenting group designed to help parents and caregivers better understand emotions, build stronger connections with their children and feel more confident during challenging moments.

Led by two psychotherapists, this group will help you:
* Build skills to manage big emotions (yours and your child's).
* Learn calm, caring ways to respond to stressful moments.
* Practice strategies and ask questions in a supportive space.

When: Tuesdays, 1–2 p.m., starting January 12, 2027

Better Together is a free weekly drop-in group for adults seeking social connection and community. Meet new people, enjoy conversation, and build supportive relationships in a welcoming space. Light refreshments provided. All welcome. Held every Thursday morning at the Napanee Area Community Health Centre.

First session for the Off Key Collective is this Thursday October 29th from 4 to 5 pm. Since it's so close to Halloween we are going to have a Halloween theme to our class !
Costumes are encouraged!
Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Spooky song list including the Monster Mash, Zombie by the Cranberries, Creep by Radiohead, Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival... and more !!
For our first class we will have some fun activities to get to know each other more... followed by some singing guided by Katherine on the ukulele. Then as a group we will pick the songs we want to sing next month!
We will be at unit G1, 310 bridge street west in Napanee. Email [email protected] to let her know you are coming and get the email directions.
