Looking for free, accessible health services? The Carefirst Mobile Health Clinic is here to support individuals and families in the community! 💙💚

📍 Welcome Centre – Markham South

The clinic offers:
✔️ Health screening services
✔️ Personalized health advice to help prevent chronic illnesses
✔️ Connections to local health and community services
✔️ Support with minor, non-urgent health concerns

Everyone is welcome — with or without OHIP coverage, and all ages can access services for non-urgent health concerns.

👶💛 ABC (All Babies Count) is back! 💛👶

Are you pregnant or a new mom looking to connect, learn, and build community? Join us for ABC, a weekly program designed to support women throughout pregnancy and the early months of motherhood.

🌸 Every Tuesday
🕙 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
📍 Welcome Centre – Markham South
7220 Kennedy Road, Markham

✨ Who can join?
• Women of all ages
• Must reside in York Region
• Currently pregnant or up to 6 months postpartum
• Caregivers of moms and babies

💡 What to expect:
👶 Infant massage
🎨 Quality playtime
🥗 Nutritious cooking
💬 Health talks, including pre- and post-natal care
🤝 Opportunities to connect with other moms and build community

🎁 Participants may also be eligible to receive a $10 e-grocery gift card (up to $40/month)!
