Looking to gain Canadian work experience, build your confidence, improve your communication skills, and expand your network? Join our FREE 4-week WE-Volunteer Training Program! 🌟
Participants will develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, professional etiquette, stress management, and networking, while gaining hands-on volunteer experience and a Certificate of Completion to strengthen their resume. 🗣️💪🤝

INFANT MASSAGE & BONDING CLASS
 
*Priority will be given to  newcomer women who are eligible Permanent Residents (PRs) or Convention Refugees with newborns up to pre-crawling babies*
 
Are you a newcomer mom with newborns ? Join our FREE 3-session Infant Massage Class and discover how massage can help your baby thrive while strengthening your bond.
 
🌿 Benefits of Infant Massage:

Yen is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with an Early Childhood Education Diploma and over 10 years of experience supporting families.

✨優先安排符合資格的新移民女性參加，包括永久居民（PR）或公約難民（Convention Refugees），並育有初生至未開始爬行的嬰兒
 
歡迎參加我們免費三節嬰兒按摩課程，學嬰兒按摩技巧，幫助寶寶健康成長，同時增進親子關係。
 
🌿 嬰兒按摩的好處：

✨ 增進親子依附與情感連繫
✨ 促進寶寶健康成長與發展

CICS is launching the Community Raffle 2026 on May 7, 2026, in support of our Community Food Program, providing essential food to over 200 families in Scarborough every week.

For just $10, you can:

- Help provide essential food to families in need
