Markham SweeTTalkers Toastmasters Club is a Toastmasters International® Club based in Markham, Ontario, CANADA. Our club was chartered in December 2001. Markham SweeTTalkers achieved President's Distinguished Club consistently every year from 2004 to 2012 and our goal is to attain this coveted status once again this year. Our mission as a Toastmast

Experienced professionals and beginner speakers alike can benefit from our practical, face-to-face learning program. Whether you're speaking to the board of directors, your customers, your co-workers or your kids, Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators and leaders. Getting involved with the administration of the club and its members helps you develop your leadership skills with the help of fellow members who are often experienced professionals from industry and business. Our club members come from a variety of professions and backgrounds who gather for a common purpose - to develop their communication and leadership skills.
