Literacy Link South Central Literacy Link South Central is a literacy information & referral network servicing the 6 counties of Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk

This Employment Ontario Service is funded by the Government of Ontario. We are a non-profit literacy network and a registered charity. Literacy Link South Central helps to create and maintain a well coordinated literacy system to meet the literacy needs of our service area.
