Last night was one of those moments that reminds us what community truly looks like. 💙
A huge thank you to the incredible volunteers from Blue Wave team who came together for a special tag-and-bag volunteer night in support of our new pilot project, Messages of Hope.
This initiative, launched in partnership with , is built on a simple but powerful idea: kids helping kids. Through heartfelt messages, encouragement, and compassion, children are helping remind other children and families facing difficult moments that they are never alone.
We are also so grateful to our amazing partner for their generous donation of Kai, a Forever Friend. Kai continues to bring comfort, connection, and reassurance to the children we support through our distribution network.
And thank you to for helping provide a delicious assortment of treats for our volunteers as they worked hard preparing these meaningful packages for delivery into the community.
Every partnership, every volunteer hour, every handwritten message, and every comfort bear helps us continue building something bigger than a program — a community of care. Together, we are creating more opportunities to remind children and families facing trauma, grief, illness, or crisis that an entire community stands beside them.
