Reading University is a Grande Prairie grown three-week summer program held at NWP designed to help Grade 3 students improve their reading and writing skills. Established in 2009 the Reading University (RU) is a remarkable, exciting program designed to help students from across our city and county transition between grades 3 & 4 with their reading and writing skills. Students are bussed to and fro

m their home, provided with snacks, lunch, and all the supplies needed to succeed. Partnering with GPRC, our school districts and support from community organizations,businesses and families, RU is a positive learning experience and an awesome way to kick off the summer!

Double the congratulations, double the pride! 🎉

Congratulations to Kadence and Tyler on receiving this year's student award. We are beyond proud of these two scholars, and even more excited that they are both pursuing nursing this coming fall.

They entered our program in the summer of 2017, and to this day, they continue to feel the impact. That's what it's all about! ✨
