Did you know that the semicolon is a symbol that represents continuing life rather than ending it? ;🩵💜

This stems from Project Semicolon: a movement centred on hope, support and su***de prevention, using the semicolon as a symbol for choosing to continue your story.

It reminds us that a difficult chapter does not have to be the end, and that there is always room for another chapter.

Productivity and good mental health go hand in hand.

Mental health doesn’t look the same for everyone at work.
For some, it’s speaking up in meetings with confidence.
For others, it’s taking a quiet moment to recharge between tasks.

A healthy workplace is one where we respect each other’s needs, support open conversations and have the knowledge, training and support to have tough conversations.

Tough conversations save lives. Learn how at www.toughenoughtotalk.org
