Jasmine Amber Laboucan was 23 years old when she disappeared from Grande Prairie, Alberta, in August 2023.
Jasmine was last seen in the area of 101 Avenue and 97A Street on August 26, 2023. She was reported missing two days later, on August 28, after those close to her were unable to locate her.
She has not been confirmed seen or heard from since.
Grande Prairie RCMP have expressed concern for Jasmine's well-being. According to publicly available missing-person information, Jasmine has a medical condition that may cause her to become confused or disoriented. Information released during the search also indicated that she may have travelled, or intended to travel, to British Columbia, although no confirmed sighting there has been publicly reported.
Jasmine is Indigenous and was described as approximately 5'9" to 5'10" tall and weighing 154 pounds, with a slender build, brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair.
She has several identifying features, including scars on her left forearm and a tattoo consisting of initials on her right hand.
Despite public appeals for information, very little has been released about the circumstances surrounding Jasmine's disappearance or her movements after she was last seen in Grande Prairie.
More than three years later, Jasmine Amber Laboucan remains missing, and police and her family continue to seek information that could help locate her.
