Meet Brandi Erno!
We are so pleased to introduce Brandi Erno, who is joining the Ken Sargent House team as House Coordinator.
Brandi brings a wonderful combination of professional experience, compassion, and a genuine love for helping people. With a background in education, child development, community programming, and family support, she has spent much of her career creating safe, welcoming environments and supporting children and families through a variety of circumstances. She also brings experience working with volunteers, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams.
For Brandi, the mission of Ken Sargent House is also deeply personal. She understands firsthand how meaningful a supportive “home away from home” can be for a family navigating medical circumstances, an experience that has given her a special appreciation for the comfort, stability, dignity, and relief Ken Sargent House will provide.
Outside of work, Brandi’s most important roles are close to home. She is a wife, mom, and proud grandma, and family is at the heart of who she is. That warmth, compassion, and understanding of the importance of being together during difficult times are qualities she will bring to every family who walks through our doors.
Brandi is known for her ability to connect with people, stay calm when things get busy, and approach the unexpected with patience, adaptability, and a good sense of humour.
We are incredibly excited to have Brandi help us bring Ken Sargent House to life and create the welcoming, caring home we have envisioned for patients and families from across our region.
Please join us in welcoming Brandi to the Ken Sargent House and Foundation family!
