Eligible families are encouraged to review all registration information before registration day to ensure you are prepared with the required details and certifications.

🎓 2026 STRIKE Scholarship Applications Now Open! 🎓

Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports Association would like to share an excellent opportunity for current post-secondary students and graduating high school students pursuing further education.

The 2026 STRIKE Scholarship is now accepting applications until June 30, 2026.

The scholarship is available to individuals who have participated in Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports and are currently enrolled in, or planning to pursue, post-secondary or technical education.

Participation eligibility extends to anyone who has been involved with a Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports Association member organization, regardless of how long ago they participated.

Teen Fitness Registration opens on June 2, 2026.

From July 3 through September 8, 2026, teens ages 12–17 can work out for FREE at participating GoodLife Fitness Clubs across Canada.

The program is designed to help teens stay active, build healthy habits, and enjoy the physical, mental, and social benefits of fitness during the summer months.

You know what day it is! It's REGISTRATION DAY and the season kicks off right now. Fort Saskatchewan Ringette registration for 2026-27 season is officially open and players are already jumping in. New athletes are stepping onto the path, returning players are locking in their spot and the momentum is building with every sign up.

The ice is calling and the energy is rising across Fort Sask. This is the moment to join the speed, the fire and the community that makes our rink come alive.

Registration is open until July 15 at 11:59pm.

New for the 2026–2027 Season

Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta are launching The Shift Forward: Evolving Hockey Culture, a new national platform for education and training for Team Officials and Parents/Guardians.

The Shift Forward will become the new home for required online training courses and will replace the previous Respect in Sport – Parent and Respect in Sport – Activity Leader requirements.

To support a smooth transition, Hockey Alberta will continue to recognize existing Respect in Sport certifications for the remainder of their current validity period. Individuals with a valid Respect in Sport – Parent or Respect in Sport – Activity Leader certification will not be required to complete The Shift Forward courses until their current certification expires.

Additional information regarding course requirements and registration will be shared as it becomes available from Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta.
