BeaYOUtiful BeaYOUtiful provides free confidence programs for female and non-binary children ages 8-14

BeaYOUtiful is a registered Canadian Charity that provides self-esteem programs, workshops and conferences for girls across Canada. Reaching young girls between the ages of 8 to 14, this organization provides mentorship programs focused on confidence, positive body image and mental health. BeaYOUtiful provides a safe and fun environment for girls enrolled in the after school program. This national

ly recognized program targets and tackles multiple subjects divided over six weeks. The classes range from learning to balance a healthy lifestyle, dealing with bullying and family issues, to the key steps towards finding the inspiration to chase your dreams. Although each class exemplifies a different life lesson, the same moral is focused on in the end: never forget you are beautiful. BeaYOUtful is always looking for the future leaders of today and tomorrow. Girls between the ages of 16-40 are invited to become a mentor in helping young girls discover confidence and inner beauty. If you have a passion for teaching others, inspiring positive change, and looking to bring forth the true meaning of inner beauty, then BeaYOUtiful is the right organization for you.

BeaYOUtiful Enters a New City - Lindsay, Ontario 📣
Our Soul Sisters hosted the “BeaYOUtiful ME Body Positivity” workshop in Kawartha Lakes, providing valuable discussions focused on navigating and celebrating body positivity through mentorship-basedn activities. From practicing positive self-talk to writing affirmation cards, we welcomed over 40 female and non-binary youth for a day of unique workshops.

Thank you to and the Kawartha Lakes community for supporting our successful kickoff! We can’t wait for more programming to rollout this Fall alongside our dedicated volunteer mentors.

We are so excited for our annual partnership with the for our upcoming confidence workshop! Join us next weekend for Brave, Bold and BeaYOUtiful — an empowering session designed to help girls and non-binary youth ages 9–13 navigate and celebrate the power of never giving up and self-love through reflection, connection and affirmations.

Attendees will have a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from inspiring Surrey female firefighters and trial different fire safety techniques and equipment.

Through mentorship conversations, attendees will explore the importance of perseverance and perspective. The session will conclude with an inspiring conversation about self-love and using affirmations.

We are incredibly grateful to the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation their generous support of BeaYOUtiful’s Six-Week Confidence Program.

Because of this partnership, more girls and non-binary children and youth across our communities will have access to free confidence building programs and safe spaces where they can feel seen, supported and empowered. Through our Soul Sisters mentorship model, youth are reminded that they are enough exactly as they are 🌟

“Somewhere out there, there is a young girl watching you…learning from you…becoming because of you.
This is why BeaYOUtiful exists. To create belonging, confidence, and community. To help girls see their own beauty. To remind them that they are enough… exactly as they are.”

Executive Director Taylor Hui shared these powerful words on stage, and it was a reminder of just how important it is to show up for our next generation and open doors for girls and women globally. Alongside , we felt this message resonate across the audience, where BeaYOUtiful was honoured to be included in an event filled with compassion, inspiration and hope.

Thank you to for having us a co-charity partner at the 2026 conference. Because of your support, 34 girls will now have access to BeaYOUtiful’s free six-week confidence program in Canada. We are overwhelmed with the amazing response from the community and look forward to more impact together!

CALGARY 🩷 See you soon for a new confidence workshop, “Own Your Rhythm”!

Hosted at , this empowering workshop is designed to help girls and non-binary youth ages 9–13 navigate and celebrate body positivity and self-esteem through reflection, connection and positive self-talk 🫶🏽 The workshop begins with exploring the importance of understanding what body image is and how it can be influenced. From there, participants move into a reflective exercise where each participant is asked to celebrate their bodies beyond its physical features. The session concludes with a fun movement activity to appreciate our bodies for what it can do.
