Rocco & Cocco - Still Looking...💔
💲 Adoption fee 💲 now reduced to $650 for the pair together.
Rocco and Cocco are a 5-year-old brother and sister who are searching for a forever family together. They’ve made incredible progress in foster care, and it has been such a joy watching them blossom.
They are good with cats🐈 and other smaller dogs. They seem fairly uninterested in children.
These two have been rock stars on their weight-loss journey! Cocco is now down to 10 lbs and Rocco weighs 11 lbs. They’re both feeling great, and Cocco has become so much more mobile—she now happily jumps on and off the couch all by herself.
They are wonderful companions who love their daily walks, ride beautifully in the car, and are happiest wherever their people are. At bedtime, they happily snuggle in and sleep through the night, often staying in bed until you’re ready to start your day. They can also be left quietly in their crate for a full workday without barking or fussing.
Both use their p*e pads reliably, and Rocco has done very well with the help of a belly band while working through some marking habits.
Cocco is the outgoing social butterfly of the pair. She loves everyone she meets, and her adorable little tongue p*eks out just enough that she makes the sweetest sound every time she gives herself a shake.
Rocco is a gentle, sensitive soul. He can be a little timid when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly and loves to lean in for comfort. Belly rubs are one of his favorite things, and if he’s feeling unsure, he’ll bury his head into you for reassurance. Around other dogs, he can be a little protective of Cocco, so slow introductions are best.
Both are wonderful with children and have been friendly with everyone they’ve met. They’re currently eating regular kibble, although Rocco is still working with his veterinarian to determine which foods trigger his allergies.
These two share a special bond. Like any brother and sister, they have the occasional little squabble, but they’re never happier than when they’re together. They’re looking for a family who will love them both, continue their healthy lifestyle, and appreciate the endless affection they have to give.
