Navigating gluten-free dining in real life can feel overwhelming... let’s figure it out together! 🥢🍽️

Join us at P.F. Chang’s for our upcoming Gluten Free Living 101: Restaurant Edition! Whether you are newly diagnosed, caring for a newly diagnosed child, or just looking for better tips on safely dining out, this session is for you.

🗓️ Details:

Where: P.F. Chang’s

Cost: $5 donation to attend (purchases at the restaurant are the responsibility of the participant)

Who: Ideal for adults and caregivers (please note: this session is not suitable for young children). Maximum 2 spaces per registration.

Join us for a fun-filled day geared toward all ages and fitness levels at Rundle Park! Whether you want a leisurely stroll or a challenging run, choose your distance and get moving for a great cause:

🥾 Walk: 2.5 km or 5 km 🏃 Run: 2.5 km, 5 km or 10 km 🚴 Cycle: 5 km or 10 km

🍔 Stick around for the post-race celebration! Enjoy a 100% safe, delicious gluten-free BBQ by Maple Leaf Roadhouse BBQ & Sans Bakeshop, sweet treats from Kinnikinnick Fresh Bakery, games, music, and family fun!
