Join us for a fun-filled day geared toward all ages and fitness levels at Rundle Park! Whether you want a leisurely stroll or a challenging run, choose your distance and get moving for a great cause:

🥾 Walk: 2.5 km or 5 km 🏃 Run: 2.5 km, 5 km or 10 km 🚴 Cycle: 5 km or 10 km

🍔 Stick around for the post-race celebration! Enjoy a 100% safe, delicious gluten-free BBQ by Maple Leaf Roadhouse BBQ & Sans Bakeshop, sweet treats from Kinnikinnick Fresh Bakery, games, music, and family fun!

Join us August 8th for Kids Connect @ The Edmonton Valley Zoo

Explore the exhibits, tackle our interactive scavenger hunt for a prize, and connect with other families navigating life gluten-free!

The event provides a welcoming and supportive environment where children and their families can connect with others who share similar experiences while enjoying a fun day at the zoo. Participants will explore the zoo, take part in an interactive scavenger hunt, and earn a prize upon completion.

Beyond the activities, the event encourages friendship, peer support, and community building among families navigating the challenges of living gluten-free. Volunteers and staff will be available throughout the day to answer questions, provide resources, and help children feel confident, included, and supported.
