Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that mental health is an important part of overall well-being and that everyone deserves support, understanding, and access to the resources they need.

Food security and mental health are closely connected. The stress of not knowing where your next meal will come from can affect emotional well-being, while mental health challenges can make it harder to navigate daily needs. Access to nutritious food and community support can help ease some of these burdens.
