I just wanted to lay out what we do and how it all works:

Step 1: You look through the JOB POSTINGS on our pages, call the number, and ask them for more details about the job.

FACEBOOK: Colony to Society Association or Run Away Hutterite

Snapchat: ColonytoSociety (The Colony to Society Assn)

Step 2: If you get hired you contact us,and your new boss will also contact us,to let us know you are hired.

Step 3: We will arrange the best/safest day for you to be picked up from the colony, and bring you to your new job.

Step 4: ALL JOBS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE HOUSING (either secured by the employer or by The Colony to Society Association).

Step 5: We will make sure you have money for groceries, outsider clothing, work boots, coveralls, anything you will need to get started.

Step 6: We will assign you a personal volunteer that you can call anytime, with any questions or if you need anything.

*All volunteers require a criminal record check and three character references we DO call,to make sure we only have quality, safe people involved.*

Step 7:START YOUR NEW LIFE!!!
