I just wanted to lay out what we do and how it all works:

Step 1: You look through the JOB POSTINGS on our pages,call the number,and ask them for more details about the job.

Step 2: If you get hired you contact us,and your new boss will also contact us,to let us know you are hired.

Step 3: We will arrange the best/safest day for you to be picked up from the colony,and bring you to your new job.

Step 4: ALL JOBS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE HOUSING (either secured by the employer or by The Colony to Society Association).

Step 5: We will make sure you have money for groceries,outsider clothing,work boots,coveralls,anything you will need to get started.

Step 6: We will assign you a personal volunteer that you can call anytime,with any questions or if you need anything.

HUTTERITE FRAUD ALERT!!!

Hi Everyone,

It has come to my attention John Hofer from Shadow Ranch Colony is spreading disinformation,in an attempt to discourage other Hutterites from using our service.

He is saying:

-he was put in a trailer and then locked in,unable to get out
-had no food to eat when he arrived
-had no electricity or water in his lodging

This is not true,we have the photos (below) to prove it.Anyone with a trailer knows it is IMPOSSIBLE to be locked-in since the mechanism can also be unlocked from inside (see photos).

John Hofer was brought to his new job by myself (Dan Roy) at 6 am in the morning.I took the time to meet his new boss and inspect his new accomodation...a beautiful new trailer.

The new boss told John he knew he had a long night of travel,so he would not work that day and could go to sleep.He had a meal in the fridge and was told to call him when he woke up. (see photo)

I gave John Hofer $200.00 in cash,and when he woke and called his new boss they would take him into town to get groceries.

John never called me or his new boss,and disappeared with his father Kenneth Hofer,the second minister of Shadow Ranch Colony in Champion,Alberta.

The Hutterite leaders are panicking due to the amount of people leaving,losing their hold of control on their members.

I believe this was a set-up to try and dirty the name of our charity,to discourage others from having freedom through our network.

THERE IS NO WAY FOR THE HUTTERITE LEADERS TO STOP US!!!

We are too big to fail now,and to all the Hutterites reading this please know we will always be here to help!
