🌟🔥 Exciting news for this Friday! 🚒🚒🚒

Barring any emergency call-outs, we’re expecting a very special visit from our amazing supporters Surrey Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 1271 who have arranged this for Family Place with Parent Support at 10:30am this Friday! (Program is from 10am-12:30pm)

And that’s not all! 🧺🌭 We’ll also be enjoying a hot dog picnic and visit from our lovely friends and supporters from White Rock Soroptimist International. ❤️

We are so grateful to have such incredible community partners supporting local children and families. Come join us Friday, August 14th for what should be a very special morning! 🌟🚒🌭 10am-12:30pm Sunnyside Hall, Bakerview Park, 1845 154 St. Surrey

🌟 Introducing Family Community Connections! 🌟

This summer, join us for a brand new weekly EVENING family program designed to bring families together through food, fun, friendship, and community.

Every Tuesday evening (5:30-7:30pm) from the 7th of July to the 11th of August at the White Rock Community Centre 15154 Russell Ave., families are invited to enjoy a free family dinner, connect with other local families, participate in fun activities, and learn about resources and supports available in our community.

✨ Games and family recreation
✨ Play-based activities for young children
✨ Meet new friends and build community connections
✨ Learn about local resources and services
✨ Guest speakers and community experts
✨ A warm, welcoming space - where you belong

📅 Tuesdays, July 7 – August 11, 2026
⏰ 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 White Rock Community Centre
🅿️ Free underground parking for program participants in stalls 1-43 and 53-70

This program is free for families with at least one child aged 0-9 years. Older siblings are welcome too!

No cooking. No pressure. Just a chance to gather, connect, play, and belong. 💜

We look forward to building community together this summer alongside our friends and partners from PICS Society City of White Rock Fraser Health and thanks to funding from BC Healthy Communities 🍎
