Tiny Footprints Society of Edmonton, formerly Tiny Footprints YEG, is an extension of the good work begun by Tiny Footprints YYC in 2016.

Our primary goals are to create community, promote awareness, and raise funds for local baby loss support programs.

The live and silent auctions at the Starry Night Gala are one of our primary fundraising efforts. We’re seeking generous individuals and businesses to contribute items or experiences to these auctions.

Your donation is so much more than a bid. It becomes support, care, and hope for families and individuals navigating pregnancy and infant loss. If you are in the Edmonton area and have a donation to give, or know someone who might, please send us a DM and we will provide more details.

We are looking for seven families to participate in our Rainbow Baby Photo Shoot with !

A rainbow baby is a child born after loss. For some individuals, the idea of a rainbow baby brings comfort and hope. We want to celebrate that and honour your family’s journey using photography.

Here are all the details:

- Where and when: 9:00am on Sunday, July 12 in Sherwood Park
- What to wear: a single rainbow colour (you’ll work with us to pick one)
- Who to bring: your rainbow baby!
- What it costs: the donation of your choice to Tiny Footprints
- What you get: 2 edited digital photos (additional photos $60+tax)

We are looking for an artist to complete a live work of art at our 5th Annual Starry Night Gala!

Each year, a featured artist creates a piece of live artwork during the event, providing a unique visual experience for guests. The completed work is included in the evening’s live auction.

This is a compensated opportunity, with 50% of auction proceeds going to the artist and 50% being donated to the fundraising total for the evening.

Save the date! We are thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Starry Night Gala will be held on October 3, 2026.

Since 2022, the Starry Night Gala has raised over $150,000 to support community resources for grieving individuals and families facing pregnancy and infant loss. This annual fundraiser supports both hospital-based and community-based programming in the Edmonton area.

Tickets will go on sale later this summer. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. We look forward to seeing the impact we can create together in 2026!
