Chair fitness was such a hit that we've decided to make it a regular class on our calendar AND we added a Friday timeslot so you could take the class twice a week if you wanted. $6.00 a class or buy a 10 punch card for $60.00.

We have a new fitness class starting Monday June 1. An adaptive fitness class designed for those who suffer from arthritis and other mobility issues. Pick up your punch card at the cash office and let's get active!

Our 2nd Music Monday is going to feature "The 3 Amigos" from Concerts in Care performing for you in the afternoon. Come in the morning from 10-11:30 for music therapy which is a whole lot of fun, stay for lunch and then enjoy a concert in the afternoon!
