💬 Responsible for calling and organizing Council, General and Annual General Meetings

✍️ Develops an agenda for each meeting

Secretary

Rate: $18.00/hour

Commitment: 5 hours/week

Role Description:

🧑‍💻 Responsible for recording Executive, Council, General and Annual General Meetings via text (in Word Documents or PDF)

📄 Providing the final meeting minutes to the Executive to approve and post publicly

Guest lecture happening at SMU campus at 4PM today! Come learn about Student organizing in K’jipuktuk and NSCAD university’s history. Thank you for hosting us alongside their discloses of SMU’s investments. 🏆SUNSCAD initially intended to host but unfortunately we couldn’t accommodate a student in a wheelchair at our Duke campus, which correlates with our ammended strike demand for a serviceable ramp to the student lounge.
