NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Senior Wish Association
(the "Corporation") is called for and will be held in person on the 25th day of June, 2026, at 7:00 pm (ET).
The AGM will be held at the Army, Navy, Air Force Association (ANAF), Barrie Unit 365, 52 Morrow
Road, Barrie, Ontario L4N 3V8 for the following purposes:
1. To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year
ended December 31, 2025;
2. To elect Directors of the Corporation;
3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year;
4. To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments;
5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Activity baskets were delivered in the month of March to celebrate the arrival of spring and to provide some activities while waiting for the weather to warm up. Thank-you to our amazing volunteers for helping pack and deliver these goodies!
