1. The Municipality of Chatham-Kent Facebook Editorial Policy prohibits content that
a. is anonymously provided, provided using a pseudonym, not provided by a genuine individual or organization using a legal name, or is attributed in a false or misleading manner;
b. provides the personal information of individuals without their consent;
c. promotes, perpetuates or fosters discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, nationality, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation;
d. is a personal attack on an individual or specific group;
e. is sexually explicit or links to content that is sexually explicit;
g. conducts or encourages illegal activity;
h. might tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems;
i. violates a legal ownership interest of another party; and
j. does not comply with municipal, provincial or federal legislation.
2. Notwithstanding the criteria listed above, the editors of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent page reserve the right to allow, post, refuse to post, or remove content at any time without notice.
3. Upon deletion, an editorial notice will be placed appropriately.
