A little behind-the-scenes story time! 😂💗

Let’s just say a little mud, a leech encounter, and a whole lot of laughs later… the desk was successfully rescued!

But there’s a little reminder in all of this, too. Whether it’s on social media or in real life, there’s often more to the story than meets the eye.

What we see on the surface doesn’t always tell the whole story. Sometimes, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that we know nothing about.

And in this case, it just happened to involve a pink desk, and some creative editing. 😂

Sometimes, the hardest part of school happens before a student ever makes it through the doors. 🩷

The tears. The anxiety. The anger. The “I can’t do this today.”

For some students, school has become overwhelming — and when it does, they may start missing out on more than academics. They miss connection, friendships, experiences and that feeling of belonging.

That’s why we started asking a different question:
What does this student need to make going feel possible again?

Every student’s journey can look different. And with the right support, there can be a path forward.

The Bridge Program brings together mental health support, individualized learning and community mentorship to help students rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning and work toward returning to their school community.

Now accepting students Grade 3 - Grade 12.
