Whoops - missed Coaches Day yesterday, but didn’t want to miss recognizing our dedicated, passionate, and talented coaches! Chelsey, has been our dedicated coach for the past 10 years and built us up, and pushes us forward with a focus on teamwork and strength. Alexis joined as a volunteer 3 years ago and gives us individual technical tune ups and pointers. Individually they are both National level paddlers, and together make an amazing coaching team!

Looking forward to watching Chelsey bring her coaching skills to the Team Canada BCS team for 2027!!

A busy Sunday - CIBC Run for the Cure, and both our dragon boats pulled, cleaned, and stored for the winter! Thank you to all who participated, ran/walked, or helped with the boats! ❤️

It was an amazing day at the Breast Defence Retreat with new and familiar friends connecting with each other and healthcare professionals to share their experiences, ask questions and restore their own sense of calmness and healing energy.

The food was gourmet! Special thanks to the staff at Roy’s and for Alpine Physio for sponsoring the refreshments.

Thank you to all the door prize donors and for Petwin Atrium Commons for the space. We were the first group to use it!
