Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC) is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to effectively and efficiently connect international trained professionals (ITPs) with Calgary employers – moving them toward successful employment outcomes. Our success is due in large measure to our exceptional partners and the stewardship provided by our veteran board of directors.

On February 26th , we hosted a SmartConnections event with the City of Calgary, and over 20+ mentees showed up to make the event successful.

This speed‑mentoring format brought City of Calgary leaders and newcomer professionals together for focused conversations on navigating the local job market, strengthening resumes, polishing interview skills, and growing professional networks.
