Join us Mondays for Yoga from 10:00-11:30am!

Our instructor, Tracy Scott-Cooper has been practicing yoga since 1997, she took her first of three teacher trainings in 2001 and has been teaching ever since. She has a keen eye for detail and can make adjustments to your body and pose. Tracy deeply respects the wisdom, structure and consistency of Iyengar yoga and is grateful for the deeper self awareness this practice promises. While she takes the practice serious, she shares humor and lightness in every class.

Drop-Ins welcome, $20 per Drop-In. Please check in at the office before joining the class.
