Perennial Exchange – Event Format & Schedule

We’ve structured the Perennial Exchange with two sessions to allow for a smooth and fair plant distribution.

**Session 1:** 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
**Session 2:** 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

How It Works:

Session 1:
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Check-In
- Bring your perennials to the check-in table.
- Drop off your plants and receive one ticket per plant.

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Open Exchange Time
- At 9:30 AM
- Session 1 ticket holders will select their plants. Each ticket you have been provided allows you to select one plant to take home.

Session 2:
Session 2 will start at 10:00 AM and repeat the same process (Check-in from 10:00–10:30 AM and Exchange from 10:30–11:00 AM).

**After both sessions:**
Any remaining plants will be available as freebies on a first-come, first-served basis.

This format gives everyone a fair chance while keeping the exchange organized and enjoyable. Please arrive on time to participate in your preferred session.

City of Calgary Update: Anderson Road S.E. Pathway Project from City of Calgary

“After reviewing community feedback, we have decided to pause the project to take a closer look at our options. This additional time will allow us to discuss ways to better connect community destinations and enhance accessibility in public spaces before determining next steps. We appreciate the feedback shared to date and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available”.
