Edmonton Class of 2026, what a milestone! We recently gathered to honour the accomplishments of our 2025–2026 Semester 2 high school cohort — 12 classes and 104 students — with two uplifting Closing Celebrations at Bison Lodge. We were also proud to recognize the achievements of our recent Masonry Trades cohort from Enoch Cree Nation.

Congratulations to every student for completing the program. Your commitment and effort are paving the way for bright futures in the skilled trades.

A sincere thank you to our Funding, Training, and Education partners for supporting this journey. Your contributions are helping young people build meaningful careers and strengthening Alberta’s workforce.

We had a fantastic time with representatives from Trico Communities, who joined us to deliver books sponsored by their organization to local schools! Thanks to Trico Communities’ generosity, 401 students at Chinook Park, St. Augustine, Janet Johnstone, Father Doucet, and St. Monica elementary schools each received a book they selected, along with Reading…Give it a Shot! collector cards—fun tools that spark curiosity and build literacy skills. Teachers also received classroom kits to help bring the program to life.

A huge thank you to Trico Communities for championing literacy and spending time with us to connect with these young readers.

As we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of our Legends for Learners golf tournament, we are grateful to once again be a charity partner in Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink (BFK).
