We're sharing this essential guide with the resources, key numbers, and key tasks you need to settle in smoothly in Calgary. 📍👇

311: General information and city services.
911: Medical emergencies, safety, and property.
211: Community resources and social support.
811: Medical and health advice.

🚍 Getting around Calgary?
The Calgary Transit system connects the entire city by bus and the two CTrain lines (Red and Blue). Remember that your tickets/transfers are valid for 90 minutes.

📋 Checklist for newcomers:
Find housing.
Set up utilities (water, electricity, gas).
Apply for your SIN (Social Insurance Number).
Get your Alberta driver's license or ID.
