Well a 3 year project has finally launched the Community Futures Treaty Seven - Advisors of Tradition and Lifeways training. On October 2nd, First Nation Employment Centres across Treaty Seven completed the Online Elders Cultural Learning Program. A Cultural Awareness program bringing the Indigenous way of knowing into the workplace. To support recruitment and retention initiatives ❤️ We are currently running the online training to Employers across Treaty Seven and will be celebrating their accomplishments at the next CFT7 Cultural Inclusion event on November 6, 2026. We will be also taking the next intake of Employers that will be held early in the new year.

The Elders our grandparents are super proud of employees of the Employment Centres for completing the online training, spending a day to reflect and have conversation was the best way to celebrate together.
Special thanks to
- Adam Solway for the production of videos and the amazing care to the Elders that he and his team provided during recording.
- Full Blast Creative Inc for developing the online learning platform
- Tyson Heavenfire for the Honour song and helping us celebrate.
