On June 17 at 7:30 p.m., we’re creating space for an honest conversation about loneliness and the impact it can have on our mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Hosted by Fimo Mitchell, this session will explore why loneliness is often experienced in silence and how meaningful connection, vulnerability, and community can support healing and personal growth.

This is a space for Black men to speak openly, share experiences, and connect with others who may be navigating similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore what it means to build stronger relationships, foster belonging, and support one another through life’s ups and downs.

If you’re a Black man looking for a space to be heard, supported, and connected, this conversation is for you.
