Grief does not follow one path, and different kinds of loss may call for different forms of understanding and support.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐱-𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 invites participants to explore key aspects of the grief journey—from naming losses that are often overlooked to understanding anticipatory grief, caregiving changes, forgiveness and the experience of moving forward when the world around us carries on.

This series is co-facilitated by Bow Valley Palliative and Covenant Health. Participants are welcome to attend the full series or choose the sessions that feel most relevant to them.
