Tonight our hearts are holding space and hope for all those impacted by the tragic incident at CFB Wainwright. Our thoughts are with the members, staff, and veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, their loved ones, and all of the emergency and public safety personnel involved in the response.

For those impacted by this devastating event, our helpline is active 24/7 and our services are available to all serving and retired first responders, military personnel, and their families.

Please keep our military and first responder family in your thoughts during this difficult time.

No one should have to face mental health challenges alone. To ensure this doesn’t happen, our helpline is active 24/7, answering the calls of first responders or military personnel in need.

When you are ready, we are here.

This World Mental Health Day we recognize the lived experiences of people with mental health conditions. It means creating opportunities for people to influence decisions, strengthen peer-led approaches, challenge stigma and strengthen accountability. We can all learn from one another, and meaningful engagement means hearing and empathizing with others.

Each year, the last Sunday in September marks the Police & Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day. This occasion is to remember the police and peace officers who have fallen in the line of duty, and also recognizes families, friends and colleagues who have suffered the devastating loss of a loved one. We thank all police and peace officers for their courage and commitment to their communities.

Our organization is 100% operated by volunteers who are dedicated to supporting First Responders and Military Personnel in need. For us, it is important to recognize these volunteers and their commitment to our cause. Our volunteers come from many different services, and much like Chris, they all have their own story that has inspired their passion for helping those in need.
