Be Centre Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people and families impacted by emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties. A child is reported abused or neglected in Australia every two minutes, and every day the most vulnerable children and their families depend on Be Centre’s services. Be Centre provides a safe, therapeutic, confidential

and caring environment to help children make sense of situations and events, explore and express their feelings, restore trust and build self confidence. Be Centre also offers parent counselling and skills courses to ensure the children get the support they need at home. We work with children, families, organisations and government and are continually expanding our services to meet increasing demand. We are dedicated to early intervention, stopping cycles of harm and helping children heal from difficulties and trauma so they can create a brighter future.

Northern Beaches Gym - 24/7! have been incredible supporters of Be Centre for the past two years. What began with Beach2Beach has grown into a meaningful and ongoing partnership, with TGF creating challenges, raffles and exciting community activations to raise funds for Be Centre and support vulnerable children in our shared community.

Over the past two years, TGF has raised over $21,000 for Be Centre - the equivalent of providing eight children with the support they need to change their lives.

TGF are an incredible example of the impact a strong community partnership can have.

Their fundraising not only makes a tangible difference to a local charity, but also strengthens their member engagement, brings their community together around an important cause and helps set TGF apart from other gyms in the area.

We could not be more grateful to Josh, Mike and the entire TGF staff and member community for standing alongside Be Centre over the past two years. Their generosity, creativity and commitment have helped us continue doing what we do best: changing young lives.

A game. A story. A drawing. A little world created through play.

To us, these moments are never “just play”. They can be a child’s way of saying, this is what I’m feeling, this is what I’ve been through, or simply, I need someone to understand me.

At Be Centre, we create a safe space where children can be themselves, find their voice, build connection and gently work through the things that they cannot yet communicate through words.

What a Sunday!

Beach 2 Beach 2026 is officially wrapped, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who showed up, got involved and helped make the day so special.

A huge shoutout to our incredible partners at Northern Beaches Gym - 24/7! who took out the second-largest team and generously donated their $1,500 winnings back to Be Centre. What a team, we could not be more grateful for your ongoing support year on year!

Thank you also to LJ Ho**er Palm Beach NSW for getting involved and rallying behind the cause - their team has raised an incredible $1,715!

And a massive thank you to our very own Be Centre staff team, who have raised $1,197 (and counting!) for a cause close to home. We’re so proud of you!

We also want to give a special shoutout to John Colet School for once again selecting Be Centre as their charity partner and supporting our work. We’re so grateful for your continued support.

All up, over $4,500 was raised through the incredible efforts of our teams and supporters. Every dollar truly does make such a difference.

Be Centre's Golf Day for 2026 is here!

Join us for a fantastic day at the stunning Mona Vale Golf Club on Tuesday 13 October 2026, with 18 scenic holes, great company and all for an incredible cause.

- 18-hole Ambrose golf

- Canapés at Mona Social

Meet our Parent Counsellors, Michelle and Priscila!

Michelle has a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, with a decade of experience as a counsellor behind her. Before that, she has 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse.

Priscila is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and has a Provisional Psychology Registration with AHPRA. With a background in psychology she has over 10 years experience supporting families, couples, and individuals through trauma, parenting challenges, and relational difficulties.

Together Michelle and Priscila are here to support you and your individual parenting needs, providing a confidential and supportive space to share experiences, discuss concerns, and explore any challenges that may arise throughout the parenting journey.
