What a fantastic and meaningful evening it was at the Sunnybank Rotary Club! 🙌💙💛
A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Community Safety Evening and helped make the event such a success. We were privileged to hear from Australian Red Cross representative Mel Franks, who delivered an insightful and practical presentation on the EmergencyRedi program and the importance of being prepared for emergencies and natural disasters. Thank you to all our members, guests, visitors, and supporters for your continued commitment to serving and strengthening our community. Special thanks to Rotary International and the Australian Red Cross for the incredible work they do in supporting communities across Australia.

Prominent Indian philanthropist and longtime Rotary member Ravishankar Dakoju has pledged $50 million to The Rotary Foundation, citing his belief that giving is a fundamental duty. Alongside his wife and fellow Rotary member Paola Dakoju, Ravishankar announced the substantial donation at Rotary's International Assembly held in Orlando, Florida.
