A big congratulations to Sai! 🎉
Sai completed his Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) with our Trainer Kim at , Eagleby. Kim was really impressed with Sai’s commitment and the way he applied himself throughout the course. 🌟

Even better, with support from our Student Support & Placement Officer Laura, Sai has secured a role as a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Support Worker with the ITEC Group. Laura connected with Dallas, Manager and Care Coordinator at ITEC, to make the opportunity happen. 🥇

It’s been great to see Sai’s hard work pay off, and we’re excited to see what comes next.

What a week, Queensland. 😤 As the weekend rolls in, give yourself a moment to unwind.

The skies are clearing, and yes… that first men's State of Origin game stung a little. But if there’s one thing Queenslanders do better than most, it’s regrouping and coming back stronger than before. 💪

And if your thoughts feel a bit crowded or you just want someone to talk things through with, support is always close at hand. A conversation can make things feel lighter. 💬☎️

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) CHC33021 participants L–R: Jamila, Shekibah, Yuliia and Sakineh spent the day in the Designer Life Southport training room with their Trainer Kim, working through their coursework, asking questions, sharing ideas, and supporting each other just like they will in the workplace. 🌟

Communication, teamwork and genuine care start right here in the classroom and carry through to the people they’ll one day support. In this industry, no one goes it alone.
