This men’s health week we’re reminded that health is more than eating well and exercising- our health includes mental, emotional and social elements too 🙂

The great Ron Swanson once said, 'Sting like a bee, but do not float like a butterfly. That’s ridiculous.' 🐝
Which is a good point, because it is true. You know what's NOT ridiculous? Looking after your health. 😊
Research shows men are less likely to take care of their health than women. This is definitely the case for Ron from 'Parks and Recreation'! 📺
Although he dodged fruit, veggies and feelings, Ron did eventually make some solid health changes. So, if the most stubborn man on TV can do it, you can too. 💪

😴 get enough sleep
