By popular demand, we’re heading up another PowerPoint Night this semester! Our theme this time?

✨REPRESENTATION✨

What does ‘representation’ mean? It means how your media of choice portrays a particular individual, group, or idea. That could look like a presentation on the depiction of disability in 20th century cinema, or one about whether or not the Percy Jackson novels provide a faithful adaptation of Greek mythology.

Although we do appreciate presentations centred around minorities in media, you aren’t strictly limited to minority topics. As long as your presentation explores representation in some way, shape, or form, we’ll be happy :)

If you’re interested, you can register now via the link in our bio 🔗

🗓️: Tuesday, 18th August (Week 4)
⏰: 6PM-8PM; meet at 5PM in the Great Court for pizza
📍: Room TBC (stay tuned for updates)

On the next slide is an FAQ about this event. If you have any question, comments, or concerns, feel free to leave a comment on this post or shoot us a message!

We can’t wait to hear your presentations 💜
