Are you a young parent or expecting a baby? You don't have to do it alone.

The BRAVE Foundation's Supporting Expecting & Parenting Teens (SEPT) Program provides free one-on-one mentoring and practical support for young people who are expecting a baby or raising children.

Mentors can help you:
✅ Create a plan for parenting and life goals
✅ Build health and wellbeing goals
✅ Stay connected with education and employment opportunities
✅ Access services and supports in your community

You may be eligible if you're 24 or under and had a baby as a teenager, or if you're currently expecting a baby and are 19 or under.
