Today marks National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day.

The voices and aspirations of our little ones are important to hear.

At AES, when we ask our children what they want to be when they grow up, we’re reminded that every dream deserves the chance to become a reality.

Celebrating Charlotte Ostler 🎉

Charlotte has just completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care through AES’ Group Training program with host employer Dalaigur & Scribbly Gum Dalai.
Since starting in 2023, Charlotte has completed two traineeships through AES Group Training. Charlotte’s enthusiasm, dedication and natural rapport with children have shone through as she combined classroom study with hands-on experience at Dalaigur Pre-School. Her warmth, commitment to learning and plans for further study mean she’s ready for higher-level roles and will continue strengthening our local early-childhood workforce.

Congratulations Charlotte, we are excited to see where your journey takes you next! 📚✨
