At BNI Riverside, our Charity seat is upheld by Emma from Fight for their Future Foundation - a Penrith local charity raising funds to support neurodivergent children and their education journey. FFTFF's main goal is to raise enough funds to be able to build preschool and early learning centre's that are focused on providing a safe space for neurodivergent schools; something our community is missing.
But the charity wants to provide for these children asap, so have set milestone goals to achieve. The first goal is to open a roving educational bus that delivers a range of activities and education opportunities for neurodivergent kids in our community. To help on the way to their goal, Fight for their Future Foundation have created SpecFest.
SpecFest is a community fundraiser aimed at raising some much needed funds so they can hit milestone one. It will be held in the heart of Penrith in October and the foundation are looking for sponsors! Sponsorship starts at just $500 and is completely tax deductible.
If you, your family or friends are affected by autism, you will know how important this charity is. If you're able to sponsor or even just want to get behind the charity with a donation, reach out.
