PANTHERS HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM | TERM 4

Take Your Game to the Next Level!

Are you ready to train with purpose, compete at a higher level, and accelerate your basketball development?

The Penrith & Districts Basketball Association (PDBA) High Performance Program is designed for committed athletes who want to improve their skills, basketball IQ, decision-making, and on-court performance in a challenging and competitive environment.

This 8-week program provides a structured pathway designed to help players transfer skills from training into game performance. Athletes progress through three key development blocks: defensive and offensive concepts, advanced skill ex*****on, and high-level decision making.

Unlike traditional skill clinics, the PDBA High Performance Program places athletes in a competitive, game-based learning environment where performance is measured and challenged.

The PDBA High Performance Program is ideal for:
🐾 Representative players
🐾 Domestic players aspiring to play representative basketball
🐾 Athletes seeking additional high-level development opportunities
🐾 Players committed to improving their individual performance

The program will be led by Kurt Watts and supported by experienced PDBA coaches who have worked extensively within representative and athlete development environments.

PANTHERS I AM A GIRL, COME 'N' TRY SESSION | RECAP

Last week we held our Girls Only, Panthers I Am a Girl Session at St Pauls Grammar, led by our Development Officer and NBL1 Player, Tatiana Beaumont.

Tatiana was selected as a part of the ICaLD Women's Emerging Leaders Program back in May, and was tasked to create a program of her choosing to deliver to the basketball community.

This clinic focused on empowering girls to be competitive in a respectful manner .com.au, building long, lasting relationships and learning about pathways outside of being a player.

were amazing, with Bella giving a fantastic speech on the importance of nutrition and how to properly fuel our bodies before we hit the court.

Thank you to everyone that helped make this clinic become reality, that supported the vision and helped encourage female participation!
